Simplified maintenance of translation in operating elements

Currently, the maintenance of translations in dialogs and outputs in reports or in the APG, as well as in UI "masks" or in the process board is very time-consuming. We have to maintain 29 languages here. Therefore, we need a design option for the above-mentioned artifacts that makes it easy to maintain translations in these artifacts.

Aktuell ist die Pflege von Übersetzungen in Dialogen und Ausgaben in Reports oder in der APG, sowie in UI-"Masken" oder im Processboard sehr aufwändig. Wir müssen hier 29 Sprachen jeweils pflegen. Daher benötigen wir eine Designoption für die oben genannten Artefakte, die es erlaubt auf einfache Art und Weise Übersetzungen in diesen Artefakten zu pflegen.
