As an administrator, I can connect to the user and delegate the task to another person from their account. However, the administrator can also delete workflows, schedule etc.

It would therefore be desirable between an "IT administrator", who has the same rights as the current administrator, and a "Business Administrator", who has reduced rights and should be located on the "business" side.

A "business administrator" should be able to determine the status of any workflows, delegate human tasks that are held by other users, have the attribute wizard available, etc. However, he should not be able to cancel or delete workflows, not be able to make configurations, not be able to save or copy databases, not be included in the automatic information chain on failed workflows, etc.

A business administrator monitors the governance procedures and process contents from a business point of view and controls them.

Insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit APG-Workflows gibt es zahlreiche Aufgaben, die aktuell nur als Administrator durchgeführt werden können. Z.B. ein Human Task liegt bei einem User ohne Stellvertreterbenennung der im Urlaub oder krank ist und der human task benötigt eine Erledigung. Als Administrator kann ich mich auf den User aufschalten und aus seinem Account heraus den Task an eine andere Person delegieren. Der Administrator kann aber auch Workflows löschen, terminieren usw. .

Es wäre daher wünschenswert zwischen einem "IT-Administrator", der dieselben Rechte wie der aktuelle Administrator hat und einem "Business Administrator", der reduzierte Rechte hat und auf der Fachseite angesiedelt sein soll.

So ein "Business-Administrator" soll u.a. den Status von beliebigen Workflows ermitteln können, Human Tasks, die bei anderen Usern liegen, delegieren können, den Attributassistenten zur Verfügung haben, suw. Jedoch soll er nicht Workflows abbrechen oder löschen können, nicht Konfigurationen vornehmen können, nicht Datenbanken sichern pder kopieren können, nicht in der automatischen Informationskette zu failed Workflows enthalten sein, usw..

Ein "Business-Adminstrator" überwacht die Governance-Abläufe und Prozessinhalte aus fachlicher Sicht und lenkt diese.
