Extended information when accessing version lists via report API

Current behavior: If you log on to a change list manually, you get all the content for all models and objects that existed at that time in the view. If you log in to the change list via the report API, the system can only access the models that have been versioned in this change list. There is no access to models that have not been versioned in this change list.

Desired behavior: In the report API, there should be a login method to a change list that behaves similarly to manual login. This means that you automatically receive all information on all models that were valid at the time the change list was written with the corresponding content at the time.

Aktuelles Verhalten: Wenn man sich an einer Änderungsliste manuell anmeldet, erhält man alle Inhalte zu allen Modellen und Objekten, die zu diesem Zeitpunkt existierten in der Ansicht. Meldet man sich per Report API an der Änderungsliste an, kann das System nur auf die Modell zugreifen, welche in dieser Änderungsliste versioniert wurden. Es gibt keinen Zugriff auf Modelle, die in dieser Änderungsliste nicht versioniert wurden.

Gewünschtes Verhalten: In der Report API sollte es eine Anmeldemethode an einer Änderungsliste geben, die sich analog zu manuellen Anmeldung verhält. Dies heißt, man erhält maschinell alle Informationen zu allen Modellen, die zum Zeitpunkt der Schreibung der Änderungsliste gültig waren mit dem damals zugehörigen Inhalt.
