Enable saving of changes in the transformation

As there is no way to 'save' a transformation, erorrs might occur. After changing a table in the tranformation, it keeps on coming back to the previous state, hence causing errors

    Changes in transformation scripts are saved automatically. If you notice that changes are not saved, and if you can reproduce this behavior, please contact us for further analysis.

    We may want to add visual feedback that a transformation was automatically saved after changes were made in the transformation script.
