Search for substrings in selection filter dialog

In the dialogs for adding attribute selections, there is a search field that filters the list with available attribute values. Currently, the logic that the searched value has to start with the input text.

It would be convenient, if the it would search for the string occurring somewhere in the attribute values.

Example:

attribute value: 0001234 will not be shown when entering 123, you have enter 000123
