Urgent - UMC requirement to set up privileges for APM separate to Connect

After combining ARIS and APM User Management 'Connect Designers' are able to access APM as Analysts which is unacceptable to customers. Need to be able to restrict users to Viewer/Analyst or Engineer as previous release without removing Connect Designer or adding Connect Web Administrator.

    1. Flexibility needed to allow users to access APM independently of Connect as Customers are complaining that combining is not a real situation. They should be able to transfer models for conformance checking but not be able to update the models unless they have a Connect Designer licence. They should be able to transfer discovered process to connect only if they have a Connect Designer licence.

    2. Additionally within APM - there should be some kind of functional privilege flexibility like the ability to switch on/off functions by APM user Type ie., a Viewer can still be able to use Root Cause Analysis, an Analyst might not be able to create a project or import data but can create transformations.
