The customer is requesting functionality for customer journey as an output format in Process Mining similar as BPMN/EPC. The capability should also allow customer journey data to be discovered, identify the bottlenecks etc...

This feature is linked to mining of data, similar to how we discover the process data and its translated to BPMN/EPC, customer requires additional model type as customer journey map, but also to identify bottlenecks, conformance issues based to touchpoints and other relevant factors.
