The process overlay that has been created for BPMN also needs to be created for the EPC model type. There is more value in this model type than the traditional BPMN and this is the model type that SoftwareAg sold our business on during initial set up.
I'm happy to share that we've introduced a new capability in ARIS Process Mining that introduces EPC support for the model overlay.
The EPC overlay enables users to combine process mining data with their EPC models, allowing for direct visualization and analysis of KPIs on process models. In addition, edges in the overlay will now reflect the metrices by changes in their size making it easy to identify larger or smaller values. With this we adapted the quick filter to stay in sync with the global filter.
