Enable re-use of rule check for Action Trigger

Currently Rule Checks and Action Triggers are not connected. It would be logical to have the option when configuring a rule check, to activate an Action Trigger based on that same rule check. this way the rule-check and action trigger keep aligned. Alternatively have the option to select an existing rule check as condition for an Action Trigger
