Enable extraction from SAP Hana database and calculation views

Enabling process extractor to extract data from SAP Hana database and calculation views would improve our extraction capabilities.

In the current configuration, data is located in multiple SAP ECC 6 systems, and it is replicated and transformed in an SAP HANA database to be prepared to be merged in a unified view of the data. The transformation steps applied refer to bringing the data together for the cases where a process is carried across 2 systems, data enrichment based on custom SAP tables and general cleansing to ensure data consistency.

After this stage, the event table is built on top of the unified tables.
