Provide file name for uploads in the run log overview

When you work with manual uploads it would be very helpful to see the file name in the overview of the run log. This way it is easy to see which uploads need further inspection.

In the current overview it is needed to select/click on an every single entry to get the name of the file behind. If several files were uploaded over time this is annoying and takes time.
