Proxy settings for Extractors Merged

In a customer PoC we ran into the problem that we have to use a proxy for the outgoing connection to the APM tenant. The following topics must be implemented/tested and documented:

  1. Proxy with authentication (username/pwd)

  2. Certificate settings for proxy: The https proxy looks into the data stream and therefore replaces the certificates for "https://*.ariscloud.com" with self-signed certificates with the corporate CA.
