Offer all 3 views (Projects, Data collection, Administration) as header links

The user understands a more intuitive understanding when the 3 main views are immediately available, of course depending on the assigned product licence.

Instead of "hiding" Data collection at the bottom of the Projects view (so far with the missing title "| Projects" and Administration hidden behind the settings gear icon.

    Navigation via App Switcher was introduced with 2021Oct.

    Thank you for filing your idea. We plan to implement an App Switcher to easily navigate within the tool. The App Switcher is currently planned to be released in 2021Oct.
