Currently we can only calculate duration in an absolute manner.
We should also be able to consider working calendars including start & end time of a work day, weekends and holidays.
A further step could also be to consider more than 1 working calendar based on a criteria (for example Country)
We have released this feature as a part of our SR26. and below are more details for the same.
This feature allows users to define working times in 3 different ways:
1. Weekdays - A specification of which weekdays are to be considered and what is the working time against each day
2. Working days – A specification of working days in a year specified against each month
3. Factory Calendar – Most granular definition of working times. Can be days to the times of the day.
The defined calendars can be used for calculating KPI’s for more accurate calculations against actual business working times.

Mandatory feature for large customers!
Every MES (Manufacturing Execution System) is using an calender for planning / sceduling order, Masvhine, Tools and Peoples with different know how. If we want planning a whole factory, the a calendar is neccessary.
critical to catch up with competition! (commodity feature)
Factory calendars are absolutely critical to reflect the business reality in production plants. This will help to significantly to enhance the insights generated with ARIS Process Mining and to drive fact-based, targeted and impactful improvements.
Important feature to underline our product positioning!
Request in the [do NOT mention customer names] process mining context underpins this requirment.
Also customer are telling us that this is one cruical.
We second that. Addiitionally, we would like to have factory calendar (working hours) depending on an attribute (e.g. user location/office/role)
In addition: For shift times it could be usefull to include non working times over the day.
