Multiple Selection of User Assignment in ARCM

Dears,

We are working on the latest ARCM for a client and have faced a system behaviour issue that requires to be resolved through product development or feature request as per the Software AG Support team.

We would suggest the following improvement on ARCM:

The current system behaviour is when selecting multiple users as an issue owner or issue reviewer, we are using the filter to search for the first specific user and then selecting the check box and then we are searching again for the second user to select for the same issue owner. The system behaviour is that it deselects the first selected users once you search again for the second user.

With the current behaviour we either have to scroll through the entire user list and we have 5000 users for multiple selection which is very time consuming or repeating the user selection process one user at a time through the filtered search for every user clicking the assign button, the assign owner’s screen will close and we will have to re-initiate the assignment process again which is as if we are doing a single assignment every time.

We suggest to enhance the system behaviour to accommodate the multiple user selection from multiple filtered or search lists.
