ARCM only works with single language on survey management . ARCM does not support RTL ( Right to Left ) layout

Our customer has provided further feedback regarding the ARCM system. They have pointed out that the system should have proper support for both Arabic and English language. Additionally, the pages should be aligned with "Right to Left" (RTL) for Arabic as it is the primary language used by our clients in the Middle East.

Moreover, the survey page should also support multiple languages of the same survey. This is crucial to enhance the usability of the survey management system
