We recently conducted a review of the ARCM system and found a limitation in the questionnaire page.
Specifically, there is currently no way to link each answer with its required evidence documents (the attachments).
This means that users can attach documents without mapping them to specific business scope value, which can make it difficult for survey reviewers to understand the purpose of each file within the business scope.
Our customers have expressed a desire for this functionality to be added to the system, and we believe that it would greatly enhance the usability and effectiveness of the ARCM system.
We would like to request that you consider implementing a solution that would allow for mandatory attachments to be linked to specific business scope value under each answer in the questions in the questionnaire.
In the properties of a question, it is possible to allow to ad evidence documents to that question. As we would like to handle all question types the same way, we decided to map the evidence to the questions, no matter if it is expecting a text, a number, a single choice or multiple choice answer. If there is the need of showing evidence for a single answer, it could be solved by offering a yes / no question for each of the possible answers.
