Person Responsible option field exclude users

When the person Responsible of a model needs to be selected. All the existing Users are available to choose from. This is not ruled by any user groups or authorization, so all usernames are exposed. We need an function to select wich users are shown.

    It is also strange that you have to fill an attribute to make the person responsible known for a model, while we can also indicate this in a FAD. In the latter case, that value would be preferable to the value in the attribute. Or somehow this has to be linked so that you only have to perform 1 management.
