enhance role-filters in my content by additional information

Sometimes customers have multiple roles with the same name but belonging to different departments. In my content then there show up lots of roles with the same name with no possibility to find out about which role is what.

One could argument that it is easy to add any differentiators to the role object name, but not all customers want that as they have additional attributes for refining information on roles.

Therefore it would be good to be able to enhance the shown role name in my content by additional information (meaning additional attributes), e.g. role name + short description.
