Change Request on selected process activities

It is currently possible to leave a Comment on a specific process step (function) but not a Change Request.

The name of the selected Process activity or activities should appear in the Change Request.

This new feature would improve the speed and the clarity of describing a Change Request and help the "Person to Inform" to understand and implement the changes in the process.
