Currently we can get the log files only by physical access to the server(s) where the ARIS Server is running. This procedure can take some time, e.g. by the SaaS we need to create a support ticket and get the log files in few days.
We need to have access to the log files per UI in browser, either directly in Connect or in Tenant Management. It could be directly viewable or available for the download.
