At the moment I’m looking into the AI-enabled translation service that is implemented in ARIS 10 SR16. It seems that the possibilities that we can use (DeepL Translator, Google Cloud Translation and Azure Translator) needs to have a direct connection to internet in order to use the API’s of the translation engines.
Due to our strict security policy we cannot connect directly to the internet from ARIS. It would be nice if offline options were implemented in the ARIS platform for the use of an AI-enabled translation service.

Another option: starting with SR26, you can access external AI services via a proxy. Would that help?

Dear Janno,
Thank you for submitting your idea. Modifying the translation report could solve your problem. Just copy one of the default scripts for the existing translation services and adjust it to your needs. Does that help?
