ARCM multi-tenancy on cloud.

As we know the multitenancy for ARCM (on-premises) is released since SR12.

One cloud ARIS environmen with two or more tenants. ARCM can be used only for one of those tenants . Our customer wants to use ARCM for all available tenants.
Please, release the feature for Cloud environment too.
