Currently, the feature "Mini factsheet" can be configured as enabled or disabled in the XML configuration of Connect. When disabled, the option is not available at all and hidden. When enabled, the user logs in and the feature is active - the user can only deactivate it afterwards in the model viewer, by the icon at the bottom.
We need a configuration option, that would make the feature deactivated at the first login, so that the user can activate it by his own.
Reason: after update from the old version, users are not used to the new feature and deactivating by the default gives the user the same experience as with the older release, making the activation optional.

This only works ok if there is also the possability to remember a users choice. When an user enables the mini factsheets, this selection needs to be stored in the profile so on next login, this choice is remembered.
