PreDefine Semantic Check profile for user

When a user starts a semantic check then there are several Semantic check profiles available.

It would be good if there was the possibility to predefine which profile would be available when a user starts a semantic check.

And it would be good if there was the possibility to make profiles "unavailable" for users, just as we have for reports (including access privileges).
