Improved report methods for ADS

There are new API methods needed to change the ADS via report to

- Set the flag "do not search in this folder"

- if a new ADS folder is created the "do not search in this folder" flag should be optionally inherited from higher folder levels

- set the correct access rights for users/user groups. At the moment I have to set "read" access to one user so all other users loose their access rights

- login to the ADS via report with another user (like opening a database object with another ARIS user)
