Reset SSC language settings to reactivate the XML configuration

Available languages in ARIS Connect 10 can be configured via configuration file \languages\active_languages.xml. This can be even be done for delta configurations what is highly needed. These settings are being overwritten if the language configuration in SSC have been used once. In that case the XML configuration cannot be activated anymore.

Otherwise you have to create a new modification set, while the previous configuration settings have to be adopted manually.

A feature to reset the SSC language settings to reactivate the XML configuration is needed.

We have to manage several databases with different language settings to improve the user experience.
