Hi,
Whenever we perform any Changeactivities in production, we send out notification to all users via email regarding ARIS downtime. Additionally, we would also prefer to display a message on ARIS Connect login page during the downtime hours.
Please let us know if this is something you would like to consider in your enhancements.

this idea dear Cecilia was really an aged one :) and you are right - it was all about a downtime message in general and for the home/ start page since as you mentioned it in most cases SSO is ommiting the login page.
I would vote to get customizable field/banner message on the portal home/start once users logged in to portal.

Just to clarify again the problem and your proposed solution: is this about showing a notifications to users who have logged in already and to show the downtime message on the home/ start page of ARIS, or is this really about having a downtime message on the login page? As far as we know most of our customers actually use a single sign on and therefore do not even see the login screen. In that case it does not make sense to have the message there as it never can be seen at any rate. Therefore, is this about a downtime message in general and for the home/ start page?
Agree. that be very welcomed by the admins and users of Aris Connect.
Yes, please implement a banner or message when users are trying to access ARIS Connect and/or ARIS Architect/Designer during maintenance periods. Users are not always aware of the downtime and this causes unnecessary concerns and lost content in the ARIS Architect/Designer
