Version control support for reports

If you develop reports it's extremely hard to keep track of multiple versions or compare versions. Support for a version control system is becoming a necessity. Please add support for GIT or SubVersion.

There is no versioning support for reports, macros, filters, ...and some other user-generated content. It would add value to integrate a versioning system (VS) for these artifacts, either a built-in one or by connecting to an external one like git...
