From both a user, manager and company perspective we would like to keep everyone updated when new content relevant to them is published.
I would like to have a 'Notification center' where I can manage all notifications:
- Define list of criteria for what content should trigger a notification (News in my content, new items in my saved searches, processes in a certain area, all new documents, collaboration, star marked content, ...)
- How often I should get a notification (All, daily, weekly)
- Channel for the notification (e-mail, in app, ...)
- As a manager be able to define notifications for my team (team members should see this in their notification center as well)
This would be a highly beneficial feature for an organization.
We have had many requests already on getting notified when a certain content is updated or published.
This would be a very proactive way of letting the users know of the updates.
