Make user defined attribute type groups nestable

Currently it is only possible to assign standard attribute type groups to other standard attribute type groups or to assign user defined attribute type groups to other standard attribut type groups via method configuration.

Extend this functionality so you can also:

Assign user defined attribute type groups to other user defined attribute type groups

Assign standard attribute type groups to user defined attribute type groups
