Dialog report support in view mode should be enabled

n Process Board an user can display a task by using the view button.
However the dialog elements with report support are not filled.
If the user opens the task by using the edit button, all report supported elements are displayed correctly.

At this moment this behavior is as designed due to the fact that this would lead to an executed reported which can lead to several effects as report can change data which is only required by execution and not only by viewing.

However this lead to inconsistent (for user not logical) dialog behavior.

Proposal is to pass an additional context property to the script which tells the script how the dialog is opened. In that case the script can prevent in the coding unwanted updates to the database.
