Process board improvements

It would be great to have a new function privilege that will allow to manage all tasks that exist in process board. Manage means - browse all, see who a task is assigned to, search by context name/GUID, delegate, interact through the APG screen assigned to particular human task,terminate task.

This is different from Governance administration, and the intended audience is someone in a Coordinator role on business side,not the ARIS Administrator (less technically inclined).

Currently there is no easy way to review all existing APG tasks and manage them. Some functionality is available for APG administrator, but we do not want to give APG admin privilege to regular users outside of ARIS COE team.
