I have FUNCTION objects that represent (VACD,EBPMN) models, I have also FADs attached so I can map additional artefacts.
The issue is that those FAD models should have the same name as the VACD/EBPMN models assigned to FUNCTION objects for consistency.
As a workaround I have to add Postfix to model names to differenciate the model types.
e.g.:
Manage Incoming Invoice / Credit Note / Supporting Documents [EBPMN]
Manage Incoming Invoice / Credit Note / Supporting Documents [FAD]
or
Accounts Payable [VACD]
Accounts Payable [FAD]
When you use the assignmetn Icon ARIS shows you the model type.
Please add the same to the Group hierarchy navigation on the left as well in the group factsheet.
Hi Martin,
the feature is available since ARIS 10 SR12 and can be configured in XML configuration set.
Kind regards
Christian
Strange: the similar request "Show Model types in connect viewer" https://aris.ideas.aha.io/ideas/ARISA-I-99 was closed as shipped.
Does anybody know where to find it in self Service Config/Modification?
Technical ARIS Connect Configuration of SR20 does not mention it, but shows an example by changing the XML ConfigSet.
This option was already configurable in Business Publisher, but surprisingly did not make it into Connect.
