Use HTML in APG message body

Currently it's possible to use HTML in the notficiations, but not for the body itself.

This means that the formatting options are very limited and make the e-mails look outdated and as phishing attempts.

It would be nice if it was possible to use at least <a href="">text</a> and other simple formatting tags in the $body
