Facilitate a metric of the Find results in Enterprise search

We would like to know what people are searching for when they use the Enterprise search functionality. E.g. which process are they looking for of do they look for a specific role or just something else. We might learn from that, in the way that if people are searching for something, our hierarchy or way of modelling is not clear (enough). Btw we have a local installation and not in the SAG cloud. I hope I selected the correct workspace...
