Customization for Enterprise Search

We are having some long living customers using - still - ARIS Connect on prem with xml customized portals and they were very much interested to go ahead for Enterprise Search . To our surprise even with xml customization this component is not open for adaptation. We have even opened an incident and the experts that provided us feedback verified our understanding that you cannot even adapt the Filters provided there at this point. Pls do consider the addition of flexibility on this component since it is essential to adapt as per the custom items each company has adopted and it will be great value to provide more flexibilty to define the basic info provided in the results.
