Move capabilities from YAATD license to the web

Should Test Designer capabilities be moved to the web based client, ARIS Enteprise Web Admin (YAYAE) for instance? Or should we think about new use cases instead of system implementation and test case generation? Can it be a paywall feature for Advanced vs Enterprise instead of being part of SAP extension?
