Quicklink component - all tiles should be visible/accessible regardless of screen resolution

When using a computer with low screen resolution (or when zooming in) only the first tiles are shown. Tiles on second row are cut in half and if there are more they are not visible at all. It would be great to be able to scroll when this happens.
