Integration with MS Teams for SSO

In a previous release of ARIS there was the option to ingrate with MS Teams which was widely seen as an excellent idea in BT as it brings a wider reach of audience and awareness of ARIS as well as the opportunity to hold more effective virtual workshops. However, the integration was unable to be implemented as we use SSO and this prevented the app from successfully installing. A fix to allow SSO users to use the MS Teams integrations is required
