When building the APG you should be able to set the status you want to appear in the Process Administration to be able to track your flows different outcomes.
You might have a rule where the flow should stop because semantic check failed. Process Admin shows that the flow is 'completed' because it completed the workflow but the outcome of the workflow is not completed and there we would like to be able to set our own status for follow-up on success rate.

We provided a capability called "Business status" which allows you to define and track your own business statuses instead of seeing technical status. It released in ARIS 10 SR18 and reads as follows:
You can set up visibility of a new "Business Status" variable in your Process Board. By using the new (localized string) variable called "Business Status" in your APG workflow modeling, you can set different business statuses to your workflow instance and show it as filter criteria in the Process Board or Administration UI. The values shown can be individualized, if necessary.
On top, you are able to define which filterable columns are made available for all users of the Process Board and in which order they appear. Each Task list user can still decide to hide certain columns that were made visible by the administrator.
