If a human task is initiated and a mail is to be sent to the actor, and the actor no longer is part of the usergroup, the mail is sent to all members of the usergroup. This should not be done, but a governance administrator should be informed the mail cannot be sent. The governance administrator should be able to reassign the task to any other user member of the usergroup.
At this moment we encounter that mails are sent across Philips, where they definitely shouldn't. With ARIS moving to a Enterprise Management System we can't afford this way of error handling.
