Labelling of axis in Line charts

At the moment the labelling of the axis of a line chart is on the right hand side for x axis and at the top for y axis.

My customer would like to have the possibility to show the labelling centered.

    a common ARIS fluent look has been designed, the arrangement of axis labels are part of this.
