Extended variant management - End-to-end navigation on variant level

I as a viewer of a specific country, location, business unit or factory want to navigate through all the process levels and always reach and read the processes that are valid for my a specific country, location, business unit or factory. If there are no deviating process descriptions for my specific country, location, business unit or factory, I simply want to be able to navigate to the valid standard process descriptions.

I as a process-responsible person do not want to create process variants if there are no technical differences in the process flow, just to ensure easy navigation for the viewer.
