Remove Collaboration tabs by SSC

Collaboration itself can be deactivated easily in Configuration. But the tabs for Collaboration (in AppSwitcher) and for models and objects still are available and need extra deactivation (xml).

Especially for models and objects it would be nice to be able to deactivate the "Comment" tab in SSC (Factsheet ob object or model / Toolbar).
