Regulatory objects (from BCD) in EPC/VACDs

Since A10SR18 new Regulagory objects are available for BCDs. I think it would be good to have those objects in EPCs and VACDs available as well.

Regulations can of course be relevant for processes as well and it would be good to have this information available for processes, too.
