My Tasks - alignment of columns

In My Tasks there are several columns available, that have all the same size. The column showing the task and the name of the model has the same size as the date or status columns. It would be good if it was possible to enlarge/shorten some of the columns in Administration.

In the column for the name there are the icons for editing the task available. Currently those icons cover part of the name column with mouse over and therefore cover part of the information. Maybe enlarging that column could be a solution to prevent that or have a separate column for those icons that could be moved into the "right" place, as some customers are used to having those icons at the right hand side.
