Hiding the Risk/Control "Create" button in Edit mode (Connect)

Hi,

We would like to prevent the user from creating new objects such a risk/control in the model (that are supposed to come only from the library) while using the Satellite modeling in Connect (Edit mode).

This sounds like a feature request rather than a simple customization that would be possible to be done by the customer (please correct me if I'm wrong).
