Same search results if you search for ë or e (diacritic)

Within the Dutch language the umlaut/diaeresis is occasionally used in words. Currently, you don't get results without the umlaut/diaeresis if you search for e.g. the word 'initiëren' in ARIS (Connect and client) and vice versa.

It would be helpful if all results come up, so if we search for 'initiëren' that also the 'initieren' results will show. So there is no distinction if a diacritic is used yes or no.
