RACI Factsheet improvement - Adding S connection

Currently is not possible to change the factsheet to add a new type of connection without extensive XML modification. For example, adding the S - Support and so having a RASCI Matrix is not possible.

We propose that it is possible to edit the factsheet to add new connections.
